Greetings with LOVE, abundance, and awesome intention. Namaste!
I’ve been asked what Namaste means recently. According to what I learned back in the 80’s when I knew I had spent past lives in India, it means, “I salute the Spirit in you, that is me”. Or as the Wikipedia search I just did says,”The spirit in me respects the spirit in you,”

Whatever meaning you ascribe to it exactly, isn’t so important. What is important, is our intention. Lynne McTaggart, Dr. Masaru Emoto and many others in Noetic science and Quantum Physics, people like Einstein, have been doing extensive research in this field for many years. I feel like I’ve been living it! Many people go to retreats or special schools to learn a spiritual practice. I lived my own personal experiment, a spiritual path outside the proverbial box. My life has been very far from conventional. Telling myself, I was a devoted student of myself, and what the Universe put before me.
I can give you a few examples. Some of this may sound boastful, but I assure you it is not. Much of it was like an intense schooling with many lessons unfolding out of enormous challenges. Challenges I now think of as gifts. Down adversity’s road lies wisdom. I married when I was 18, divorced 19, didn’t go to college, nor had children. Started attending Marianne Williamson’s lectures in 1986, and studying A Course In Miracles. The first place I ever played and sang live was opening for Marianne. I tried every variety of Yoga from Kundalini to Iyengar and I started a Kriya Yoga practice at the Self Realization Fellowship. I lived in Alphabet city with addicts shooting up in the entry, and a crack head in Ibiza. I saw karma everywhere.
I got out of Alphabet City and the crack head who disrespected me, ended up in his car homeless. I didn’t ever wish him ill and I forgave him. He later got out of that mess, and picked himself back up. I heard he got off drugs and I was glad.
I have traveled the world from Haiti to Mexico, lived in LA, NY, London, France, Morocco, India, LA and Spain. I’ve lived off the grid, on a farm and in several Ashrams. I went without plenty, but felt I had much to be grateful for. I consider my treasures far beyond what any bank could hold. I’ve manifested incredible things, including healers to heal me when I didn’t have a dime, plane trips to places I dreamed to go, vacations that looked like they should be in a reality TV show, jobs in foreign lands, and most important, friends and angels to get me through the best of times and the tough ones. Miracles!
I even manifested a brand new King Size bed! I needed a bed for months. I was sleeping on a single “day” bed, with awful metal springs poking me. It landed on our property with no one coming to claim it and no tags on it to show where it was even from. After a week, and inquiring to all the neighbors, the bed was put in my room when a storm came. A sign? The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had! As if it had fallen out of the sky!

I took some time off from The Angel Frequency to reflect. Much has been going on, and it certainly had my head swimming in thought. From the Japan incident, to tornadoes, earthquakes, volcanoes, political unrest! A lot is happening and it’s apparent to me that we are shifting.
It feels like consciousness is having an explosive evolutionary shift. The smaller the world gets via the Internet, the more we can see our connectivity, and everything happening, is affecting each of us. The problem with pollution is no longer just outside of us, there is pollution in our bodies. Could the evolutionary shift be as simple as changing our diet? In movies like Food Inc, there’s hard evidence to suggest and even prove this.
Some remain apathetic and this is hard for me to accept when I know EACH person can BE THE CHANGE.
Some say it is the end of the world. Some attribute it to Climate Change. Others to natural cycles of the Earth. Each thought and intention, everything we believe in our minds, has the possibility to become a reality. Each moment, we choose. You chose. Your thoughts are manifested by you either consciously or unconsciously. This is Higher Consciousness Development work. It isn’t easy to be enlightened, it takes work. Just like you can’t sit around and do nothing and expect your muscles to stay firm. Action, intention, meditation, visualization, affirmations, these are the tools for spiritual fitness.
Marianne Williamson likes to call it, “Christ Consciousness”, religions have their doctrines. Call it what you like, God, Buddha, Allah etc…I believe all are names for the same thing, Energy. It is the Energy that we all are. Energy that is connected to the field of energy that is our Universe or Multiverse. Which means we are all connected. This is the meaning of we are one. All of our parts make up the whole and ultimately as the Flower Of Life shows-

all of our actions effect each other and our world. This whole thing is an “operating system”. We will function at our highest ability when the consciousness is whole. Recognize the spirit in you, and that it is indeed, connected to the spirit in me.

In my absence, I’ve had my own Angel Frequency sabbatical or Vipassana.
Vipassana means to see things as they really are. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills.
There are wonderful Vipassana Meditation Retreats around the world, where you spend 10 days in complete silence. This is something we will speak of more later. This practice should probably be implemented once a year, like a car needs a tune up. We don’t spend enough time with ourselves because of the way society is constructed. There is little time for this. But I think many of you feel as I do, things are changing! Rapidly!!! Put the TV down! 🙂
All the things that look crazy, like the oceans being polluted, food and water compromised, Gas, Oil, and Nuclear Power crisis’s, war, animal and human rights violations, are a collective call to action. To LOVE. Replacing fear with love is the only sane action.
The Angel Frequency isn’t a place for me to pontificate though. At least, I try not to. The only intention is to do my small part to help.

So, in keeping it short and sweet 🙂 , let me introduce you to my next guest. Jeremiah Shattuck is a young man who was a victim of a biological weapon. He laid on his death bed for 2 and half years. Then left him in and out of hospitals till last year. He had cancer from depleted uranium which comes from just regular weaponry like missiles and artillery fire! Going back home to Hawaii he changed his diet and started eating enzyme rich foods, whole organic raw foods, and meditated. He started to see results in just a couple of months. His body started detoxing and healing and led him on the road to his passion and commitment to share his knowledge of conscious life force now for 6 years! He works actively in the community to help people eat food that nourishes, heals and detoxes.

A Christmas Fairytale

Hello Dear Dear Dear Angels,

I wrote the following story 6 years ago. Every year at this time, we are at the climax of our collective unconsciousness. The Holiday season has us all focused on it. So it is a time of great collective power, where we can try to remember who, what and why we are here. The answer is so simple. Love.

A CHRISTMAS FAIRYTALE

Once upon a time there was a beautiful paradise. You could see all the stars and clouds, and they told stories of triumph and truth. The wind whispered melodies of harmony, and the light of the sun filled our hearts with the warmth of love. All we needed was at our feet, and nature guided us to all the goodness that paradise had to offer. The sunset and sunrise, the season’s, shooting stars, rainbows and the butterflies, showed us the cycles of positive and negative.
The path of life was sometimes hard, only to show us the reflection of goodness. All of everything was entwined with everything. A symphony of energy that surrounded every single thing in the universe was like a perfect dance. As the universe did this magical dance, it realized that there was no one there to see all of it’s beautiful perfection. So, one day, as was completely natural in the course of evolution, the universe created it’s ultimate self. Something that contained everything of the universe, but could enjoy it in a physical form. So one by the one the stars took turns incarnating into physical beings. To come and bask in the splendorous wonders of the universe, which they knew they were. It was the time when the perfect beings reflected all the universe within, and had all their divine powers awake. These beings could use telepathy to communicate like dolphins. Use only their soul energy, or their minds eye, and fly like birds and travel all over the universe. All the while, in the human body, they could also experience the ultimate truth together, and that was pure love.
Love was the pure energy that gave them everything they needed. There was no hate, jealousy, greed, or anger, because everyone had everything they needed. In perfect balance, everyone shared and made sure everyone else was happy. It was a beautiful paradise. This was humankind at it’s most highly evolved. We needed nor wanted for anything at all. Except to live a life full of love, light and harmony. We accepted the yin and the yang. We knew there was no such thing as death, because all of this energy never dissipates. It has always been and always shall be.
We knew that nature told us the truth, and we knew the rhythms of life. We didn’t fear death, but celebrated it. We were awake and we knew it was as natural as being born. In fact, it was the same thing.
One day though, a natural disaster happened that threw things out of balance. The natural laws of chaos. A huge meteor struck the earth, and many of the beings were killed. It was fine for them because their souls fell into the grand divine. But some, still left in the paradise, seemed to get afflicted with some sort of amnesia. Maybe it was the imbalance in the atmosphere, or the overwhelming destruction? But, while some remembered, there were those who forgot. Forgot that we were spiritual creatures having a physical experience. They forgot that our souls were really the power within us, and that was what united us with everything. That the body was just a temporary state.
They began to know something they had never known before. Fear. And the fear was a new element, that even the universe had never known before. There was no other creature in the universe that had ever known fear. With this new element that the beings themselves had created, life fell out of balance with the perfection of the universe. Most of the beings had forgotten, or had fallen into a sleep-like state The fear enveloped them and they became the beings we are today.
Still, there were the ones who remembered, and they tried to make the ones with fear, recall what they really were. Many great teachers have come and gone with the message. All these messengers are so important in our history. Why? Because ultimate truth is divine and within everyone of us. It is so big and so powerful and all knowing, for some reason, many of us fear this? But the truth is, it is our divine right. It is natural, it is our nature. Just fear had put many to sleep!!

Every year, we get to the season of Christmas. One of the greatest teachers left us as a present to remind us of our nature. The ones in fear use it to manipulate and control the masses. Many of the great teachers have tried to impress upon us that we are “one”. That we are the reflection of God/The Universe. Within us lay the greatest powers. We can be impressed with the latest technological devices, but these are so simple and don’t even compare to the true nature of our capabilities. These are only futile attempts to control our basic truths. We are capable of much more! All this reality we created, is simply a cage from seeing the ultimate truth. Not remembering, then a shiny new car, or a plasma screen TV would seem impressive. But all modern technology is coming from us. These are our creations and they just keep becoming more and more impressive, to those who think this is reality.
The truth is, if we are beings that can fly, and communicate all around the globe…if these are inventions we created…where do you think they came from? These are our natural abilities forgotten. In trying to remember, we keep creating more and more sophisticated physical ways to replicate what we can already do with our souls. When the fear arrived, it also made us fear ourselves, because of our greatness.
Why do you think so many people have fear of success? Because our greatness is so overwhelmingly beautiful. It seems so powerful, that it can seem frightening!!
More and more, the message is forgotten. We think money or material items are more important then the incredible gift that we are. Humans are made of two things, soul and physical. Fear makes conscious the physical, and hides truth from us. The ones asleep who don’t really know better, decide that physical and material, are the real truth.
The battle of good and evil began. There is no such thing as evil, we made it up. We can also make it go away!!! If we realize, and remember, who we really are.
We are the stars. We are the sun. We are the galaxies. We are perfect beings that reflect the universe in our hearts and souls. If we can remember and wake up from the sleep that put so many of us under this illusion, then we could know again, who we really are.

Super Soul Sunday #4 FULL MOON ECLIPSE

Salutations Angels!

How many of you experience a lot of coincidences? Do you ever wonder why? I like to call them the “coinciding dance”. I think most of us have heard the expression “there’s no such thing as a coincidence”?
So what is it?
I tend to believe it’s the “universe” giving us a sign that we are in the exact right place, at the exact right time. How many times have you been driving somewhere and stressing out because you are running late? Everything from spilling your coffee, to the traffic, to getting lost or some crazy hold up happens. Then you arrive to your destination just at the exact moment to run into an old friend or possibly someone who could change your life. Someone you couldn’t possibly of run into if you didn’t leave the house at the exact moment you did. Or get stuck behind the Sunday Driver, or had to take that construction detour! The flow or rhythm of the universe allowed you to meet.
Could it be the universe conspiring to put you together?
I love when this happens. I often try to “listen” for this. Curing myself of any driving stress years ago as I found this happening a lot. Learning to go with the flow and trusting I would get to where I needed, when I needed to. Well, this could probably be a whole topic for another blog post but today’s Super Soul Sunday is about a coincidence that happened to me today that I wanted to share with you.
A couple of weeks ago my dear friend and healer Jason Nelson was doing a tele-seminar with a friend of his named Michelle Karén. I was curious to see who his guest was and when I did some research, I found her to be someone I wanted to interview. She has a remarkable story and has been a professional astrologer from the age of 14. Michelle Karén is the author of the groundbreaking book, Astrology for Enlightenment.
But this isn’t the coincidence. 🙂
I still hadn’t heard back from Michelle, until TODAY.
I wanted to write my post today about the Lunar Eclipse happening tomorrow. So, as I opened my computer to write this, I quickly checked email and found not only the wonderful response that Michelle would like to do something especially for The Angel Frequency, but that I could share her fantastic message about this LUNAR ECLIPSE!

Just the coincidence I needed to give you this special incite into the STELLAR event!
Michelle is a master Astrologer. I thought what better person to share with us about this important event.

Here’s what she writes-
Dearest Friends

Tuesday, December 21 at 0:13 AM PST we shall be experiencing a Lunar Eclipse in Gemini (29º21’). What makes this a rare event is that it is occurring only a few hours before the Winter Solstice (Sun entering Capricorn at 3:39 PM PST). Eclipses are always major turning points in our lives and this one, even more so. To find out which area of your life will be the most affected, look at which astrological house it is falling into.

This eclipse points to the importance of balance and integrity. We need to infuse beauty and peace in our personal relationships. It is important that we discover -or reassess- what our common goals/dreams with our significant other are, so that passion may continue to make us soar or reawaken from its ashes. A sense of intensity and grounded-ness in our personal power accompanies these realizations. As we know who we are, what we want and what we have in common, nothing will stand in the way of what we can manifest as a couple.

For those who do not presently have a significant relationship, it is a time to create your inner marriage and find completeness within yourself. Making our inner masculine and feminine conscious, erases the sense of lack or longing. If your desire is to join with another in relationship, from that place of mastery, peace and wholeness where you are deeply in love with yourself and your life, it will necessarily unfold in the most beautiful of ways.

An unexpected trip may lead us to a deeper understanding of our truth. We may want to bring into our work a vision. As we shift our perception of what is happening in our job, as we become acutely aware of how we created that reality for ourselves, how what we despise or is difficult for us in our co-workers is only a reflection of something living deep within us, as we shift our internal reality this will in turn affect positively the world we see. This is a time to create wider horizons for ourselves, think big, dream even seemingly impossible dreams and know that we have the power to manifest anything we believe in with a pure heart.

This Eclipse also talks about developing love and compassion, understanding truly that we are all one and that what happens outside of ourselves is the mirror of our inner thoughts and feelings. The magic of this is that no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in, we can no longer be victims. We step into co-creation.

We could feel an urgency, experience impatience, want to move ahead faster as more and more information is pouring into us. Yet, this eclipse also talks about integrating, going within, taking time to digest, meditating, anchoring everything that has unraveled during this intense year. We could have outgrown so profoundly old conditions that they no longer seem supportive of our growth. If such is the case, a move could occur. On the other hand, what we have put into place could still be very valid but may require some reform so that it continues to adapt to our movement forward. We need to find our special space of love (please see The Ringing Cedars of Russia by Vladimir Megré, maybe the most important series of 9 books you will ever be given to read).

A time to focus on what is important in yet a way that balances freedom and intimacy, personal and professional life, duties and leisure. We need to establish clear boundaries.

As always, on an eclipse night, it is important to create a fire ceremony. You can either do it anytime the night of Monday to Tuesday or on Tuesday night. Create a sacred space. If you don’t have a backyard, use a pan, Place in it, 1 cup of Epsom salts, covered with rubbing alcohol. The flames will be clean and won’t stain your walls. The fire will last approximately 15’, enough for you to place as many sticks as you have intentions. You can either look for them in nature or use toothpicks. Place each against your forehead, focusing on what you want to release, then blow that emotion 3 times in it before placing it into the fire. Same procedure with what you want to bring into your life. The effects of fire ceremonies are very powerful and even more so on the day of an eclipse/solstice that is a major portal into a whole new dimension of our lives.

On the night of December 24-25, we shall be entering the 12 sacred nights of Christmas. Each night we are dreaming a month of the coming year: December 24-25 corresponds to January 2011, Dec 25-26 is February, etc…. till the night of January 4-5 which reveals what will happen in December 2011. If you don’t remember your night visions, take heart, set an intention for each month, that will be your dream. Interestingly enough, the one before last night of the sacred Christmas cycle coincides with the Solar Eclipse (Tuesday January 4 at 1:03 AM at 13º39’ Capricorn) companion to the one we shall be going through this coming Tuesday (I shall be sending another write-up on very soon). As we step through this closely knit series of major cosmic portals, we need to be extra aware of what we are creating both for ourselves, humanity and the planet.

Greetings Angels,

10/10/10 is rapidly approaching and what a wonderful day this is looking to be. Not only is it the official launch day of The Angel Frequency, but all over the world, people  are focusing on this paradigm shift. Many are speaking of a portal opening, a raise of consciousness, a shift, a transition. It’s really a time, to take a mental, physical, and spiritual account of where you are on your journey.

Many feel this is a good time for celebration and collaboration. The spiritual family is gathering. There is just too much divine serendipity and synchronicity happening to not take notice. There’s also a lot happening on the planet now, where it just feels obvious that the old ways have to go. Old ideologies that keep us isolated or in fear,  as we grow in consciousness, seem to be more primitive and basically ridiculous. We are so powerful that anything that would keep us from knowing this, falls under a weapon of mass destruction.  The time is now. To eradicate all negative thought patterns and behaviors.

How?

It’s simply with LOVE! We’ve been though the ages of darkness, industrialization, agriculture and technology, let us learn from it all and herald in the sustainability of LOVE.

I am so excited to be sharing this journey with you. Already so many kind comments and feedback. I want to thank you so much.

There’s a lot happening now as I get ready for the launch and for the event I will be participating this Sunday.

Please share with me what you are getting up to? The more we share our rising consciousness and shift into beings of light, the more powerful we become.

The more we heal ourselves, we heal others.

The more we focus on love, the more we bring it into our lives.
